*Please note, as diagnostic sonographer's we do not pulse wave fetal heart tones before 14 weeks to stay in compliance with AIUM (American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine) guidelines. However, we can use M-mode to visualize and measure baby's heart rate safely and effectively.*
