Hi, I'm Melealoha Redoble, one of the founders and Co-CEO of RMI. I'm a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer with over six years of experience in the field, specializing in OB/GYN and Vascular Technology (RVT). Throughout my career, I've worked in a hospital, an outpatient radiology center, and a Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) clinic, gaining experience with a wide range of exams and patient needs.
From the moment I started in sonography, I knew this was more than just a career for me -- it was a calling. Every scan tells a story, and being part of those moments, whether it's helping an expectant mother see her baby for the first time or identifying something that leads to early treatment, is something I take to heart. My goal has always been to provide compassionate, high quality care while making every patient feel comfortable, understood, and valued.
Outside of work, I am a wife and mother who loves spending time with my family. They remind me every day why compassionate care matters -- because every patient is someone's loved one.

I'm one of the founders and Co-CEO of RMI, and a dedicated sonographer with over 14 years of experience specializing in Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM).
From the moment I began my journey in in healthcare 21 years ago as a medical assistant, I knew the medical field was my true calling. Over time, I discovered my passion for ultrasound, where I could combine my technical skills with my compassion for patients during one of the most special times in their lives -- pregnancy.
As a Spanish-speaking professional, I take pride in helping families feel comfortable, informed, and supported throughout their experience. One of my greatest rewards is guiding families through both the joyful and challenging moments of high-risk pregnancies with care and understanding.
Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of serving as Lead Sonographer, helping establish an internship program that provides hands-on experience for ultrasound students in Maternal Fetal Medicine. My mission is to provide high quality ultrasound care while creating a welcoming environment for every patient I meet.
When I'm not working, I'm a wife and mother of two beautiful children, who continue to inspire my passion for helping families every day.
Our Story
Radiant Mobile Imaging was founded right here in Modesto, California. It was created from the heart by two women who share the same dream - to bring compassionate, professional ultrasound care directly to our community. From expectant mothers cherishing those first moments of pregnancy to patients who simply need accessible, high quality imaging, we're here to make healthcare more personal and convenient.
Our story began years ago while working together at a maternal-fetal-medicine office, where we formed not only a strong friendship, but also a shared passion for providing the highest level of care to every patient we meet.
